I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you as we embark on an inspiring journey together at The Reentry Institute Of America (TRIOA). My name is Tarik Greene, and I am honored to serve as the CEO/Founder of this transformative initiative where industry meets reentry.
At TRIOA, our purpose is clear: to establish a "prison to professional" pipeline, creating opportunities for individuals to break free from the chains of generational poverty and trauma. We firmly believe that every person deserves a fair chance at a good life, after they've paid their debt to society for past criminal legal involvement.
Our vision is to bridge the gap between industry and reentry, leading the charge in educating America's leading industries about the concept of Fair Chance Hiring. We advocate for, and implement, best practices that leverage the untapped potential of a workforce eager to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to society.
To achieve this vision TRIOA takes a holistic approach. We not only strive to educate industries but also prepare our residents and clients for a path to self-sufficiency. We provide modern housing and equip individuals with a comprehensive toolkit for success. This toolkit includes essential components such as financial literacy, mentoring, job readiness training, soft skills development, and a range of wrap-around services designed to address individual needs.
Our commitment extends beyond providing opportunities; we are dedicated to fostering an environment where individuals can flourish, becoming responsible and productive members of society. By investing in the holistic development of our residents, we believe in unlocking their full potential, breaking the cycle of homelessness and eradicating chronic unemployment tied solely to past criminal legal involvement.

It all began with a
vision
Our vision for The Reentry Institute Of America (TRIOA) is to build an institution that empowers individuals returning from incarceration to reintegrate into society and become leaders in their respective trades. We aim to surround our quality housing units with state of the art vocational training facilities from some of America's leading industries. With their committed investment in TRIOA's residents, we will create a community where access to education, job training, support services and sheer inspiration becomes the standard for success.
Our facilities will house a variety of business sectors including construction, plumbing, electrical work, automotive repair, and others who are willing to provide professional training to Reentry Institute residents. Our goal is to provide access to training and education that can prepare our residents with the necessary skills they need to succeed in the workforce, and to become self-sufficient members of society. Our team is committed to creating pathways that lead to career opportunities and personal development.
Our quality housing program model provides residents with access to a range of services, including mental health support, financial literacy training, mentoring programs, and more. We will create a sustainable and long-term model for reentry that addresses the root causes of recidivism and empowers individuals to break the cycle of incarceration.
TRIOA envisions a future where individuals who have been incarcerated have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and become productive members of society. Through our innovative approach, we will provide a blueprint for other organizations and agencies to follow in creating a new pathway to success for individuals returning from incarceration.
