I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you as we embark on an inspiring journey together at The Reentry Institute Of America (TRIOA). My name is Tarik Greene, and I am honored to serve as the CEO/Founder of this transformative initiative where industry meets reentry.
At TRIOA, our purpose is clear: to establish a "prison to professional" pipeline, creating opportunities for individuals to break free from the chains of generational poverty and trauma. We firmly believe that every person deserves a fair chance at a good life, after they've paid their debt to society for past criminal legal involvement.
Our vision is to bridge the gap between industry and reentry, leading the charge in educating America's leading industries about the concept of Fair Chance Hiring. We advocate for, and implement, best practices that leverage the untapped potential of a workforce eager to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to society.
To achieve this vision TRIOA takes a holistic approach. We not only strive to educate industries but also prepare our residents and clients for a path to self-sufficiency. We provide modern housing and equip individuals with a comprehensive toolkit for success. This toolkit includes essential components such as financial literacy, mentoring, job readiness training, soft skills development, and a range of wrap-around services designed to address individual needs.
Our commitment extends beyond providing opportunities; we are dedicated to fostering an environment where individuals can flourish, becoming responsible and productive members of society. By investing in the holistic development of our residents, we believe in unlocking their full potential, breaking the cycle of homelessness and eradicating chronic unemployment tied solely to past criminal legal involvement.

Where Industry Meets Reentry.
We are humbled to share the launch of our innovative 501(c)(3) non-profit
agency with you. TRIOA is on its mark and set to GO! We need to hit the
ground running and invite you to join the race by visiting our registries t
TRIOA'S mission is to empower and provide formerly incarcerated
individuals with safe, quality housing, and the necessary resources and
support to successfully reintegrate into society. We believe that every
person deserves a fair chance. We are committed to helping individuals
overcome the challenges of reentry and successfully rebuild their lives
while also creating a safer, more just, and inclusive community for all.
Our service to America's burgeoning reentry population begins with
acknowledging their humanity and right to live with dignity. Hence, we offer
transitional housing that reflects not just the basic tenets of quality,
cleanliness, privacy and safety, but the imperative of community. Never left
alone or to fend for themselves, TRIOA'S residents have access to a full
menu of wrap-around services including cognitive behavioral therapy, drug
and alcohol counseling, financial and reading literacy programs and more.
The ability to earn a living wage thorough stable employment is the engine
and driver to independent living, and dramatically reduces recidivism.
TRIOA works with, and provides corporate training for, leading industries
committed to dismantling systematic discrimination in hiring practices. TRIOA
is at the helm of reentry employment advocacy through Fair Chance Hiring
training.
